This passion for nature also translates into a quest for food self-sufficiency: Les Granges grows grapes, cereals, and vegetables using traditional methods between the villages of Les Granges and Lignan, in the enchanting Saint-Barthélemy valley.
Its location is ideal for exploring the natural, historical, and cultural beauty of the region: the Castle of Fénis, one of the most famous in the valley, with a thousand-year history; the Fort of Bard, a fortified complex that hosts exhibitions and events; and the numerous hiking trails that wind through woods and meadows, offering extraordinary views.
And at the end of the day, relax with a glass of exquisite local wine, made from native grape varieties through natural fermentation, enjoying a moment of absolute peace in a heavenly place.
