In Sardinian, bisos means “dreams”; and it is a dream that has become reality: Bisos – Ospitalità Diffusa Ecosostenibile (Eco-sustainable Hospitality) – in Paulilatino (Oristano), an eco-sustainable historic residence that offers a unique model of hospitality in a small village in the heart of Sardinia.
Bisos is an intimate and welcoming hotel that adopts the concept of widespread hospitality, and is the only historic residence with zero fossil fuel consumption, minimizing its impact on the environment.
Part hotel, part home: the chef prepares traditional dishes in a familiar and intimate setting, so guests feel like they are eating in a private home rather than a restaurant.
Bisos offers its guests a stay in harmony with nature, at a slow and relaxed pace. Among the experiences not to be missed: a magical sunrise at the sacred well of Santa Cristina, a sunset in front of the ruins of Tharros, a dip in the thermal waters of Fordongianus, a horseback ride surrounded by the scent of the sea and the wind, myrtle, and rosemary.
