It all starts with a love for the land at our family-run farmhouse. Here we grow organic vegetables, herbs, and legumes typical of Puglia, which are cooked and served in the restaurant. The farm has an educational focus and we offer workshops for individuals, families, and schools, such as “Grandma’s olive oil cookies,” “Introduction to beekeeping,” “Fresh Puglia pasta,” and “The synergistic vegetable garden.” In addition, to promote awareness and protection of the Ofanto River Regional Nature Park, we organize plastic-free events. It is a special place to celebrate green anniversaries and parties in a responsible way, with locally sourced products and a concrete focus on the environment.
