The cuisine at Agriturismo Il Rigo celebrates Tuscan gastronomic culture, starting from a philosophy based on sustainability and respect for the Earth. Only organic, local, seasonal products are used for the dishes, and the recipes are the original family recipes. The ‘true Tuscan character’ is already present at breakfast, with homemade cakes and biscuits made with the farm’s organic flours, local cured meats and Pienza pecorino cheese. Dinner, served in the room converted from the old stables and under the pergola in summer, includes a four-course menu to be accompanied by great Tuscan wines. |
