At Albergo Auralba, you can enjoy breakfasts and aperitifs in which freshness, local raw materials and all the love of daily preparation find their place. No bagged food (or plastic!), just the genuine taste of Sicilian craftsmanship.
Baked products prepared in the morning, in the workshops of San Vito Lo Capo, are selected, along with seasonal fruit, cheeses from local dairies, and freshly cooked dishes that tell the story of the beautiful land of Sicily through its flavours.
At sunset, indulge in an aperitif on the panoramic terrace, choosing from the labels of the Province of Trapani’s wineries, often also organic and natural, to be paired with platters of land and sea that encapsulate the best of the region’s culinary culture.
