The inestimable value of this timeless place is mainly given by the people: a cohesive group of souls working together on an extraordinary project, capable of combining hospitality, care of the land, processing and sale of organic products, all with the utmost respect for inclusiveness in all its facets. The farmstead, in fact, is a real social farm that is home to the Corimbo Onlus Association, which promotes the inclusion, including professional inclusion, of young adults with disabilities and frailty.
Cascina Bagaggera organises agricultural aperitifs, feast days – particularly those marking the passing of the seasons -, theatre and art festivals, and workshops for children such as bread-making, cheese-making, and caring for the animals on the educational farm.

Our idea of a Farm is mainly based on the concept of an "Agricultural Organism", meaning a unique living organism in which each element needs the other: human being, plant, animal, soil. The charming interior of an old stable, completely redeveloped in a contemporary style with sustainable materials and techniques, houses the restaurant. In fine weather, guests can also lunch and dine on the farmyard in front of the building, just like in times gone by! The warm and convivial ambience is now the ‘theatre’ of taste where dishes are served based on seasonal products, selected according to their availability on the farm, or purchased from a network of local organic producers.
