We have photovoltaic systems, solar panels and a high-performance cogeneration system. For the rest of our energy needs, we rely on certified sustainable suppliers.

We choose alternative biodegradable packaging, preferring refillable packaging to single-serve packages.
Waste collection and recycling
We invite guests to do the same using the recycling bins located on each floor.
Sustainable and responsible transport
We can provide e-bikes and have a charging station for electric cars. We also encourage guests to use public transport.

Under the supervision of chef Lorenzo, our kitchen staff offer a menu with a choice of three first courses and three main courses: a tasty combination of traditional Italian dishes and typical local dishes. In addition, every night we ask our guests to choose what they would like to eat the next day, so as to minimise waste. In the evening like in the best restaurants, the kitchen staff announce that dinner is ready. Every day you can choose from a buffet of vegetables and appetisers with hot and cold delicacies. Make sure you try one of our delicious desserts before enjoying a good coffee or a glass of Trentino grappa from the bar. |
