The property’s ancient farmhouses have been renovated with the utmost respect for the original architectural features and today represent a fine example of a country Albergo Diffuso. You can choose between rooms and flats with kitchenette in which the WiFi connection makes up for the lack of mobile phone reception; some solutions, however, are deliberately without signal, for all those guests who wish to experience a complete digital detox.

Local olive oil and flours, organic vegetables from the property’s own gardens, wild herbs picked daily, and homemade pasta, allow guests to understand through taste how important it is to have a healthy land, as well as healthy water and air as part of an intact and respected environment. Breakfast at La Casella is buffet style, with home-made pastries, fresh eggs, cold meats and cheeses. At lunch, guests can order what they prefer from the daily menu, while dinner is a 4-course meal with a choice of dishes and includes house wine. |
