The well-being of people is closely connected with the well-being of the environment. It is no coincidence that our commitment to achieving total eco-sustainability began as early as the design of Country House Villadorata, as we are guests of a protected landscape area. In fact, our resort is composed of individual units that are fully integrated with the morphology of the landscape. Even in our choices regarding interior design, we were inspired by the area, preferring mainly to use natural materials found in the area. We ask guests to contribute to the well-being of our ecosystem, through 4 simple actions: turn off the lights the moment they leave the room; close the windows when air conditioning and heating are running; report any water leaks; and consciously ask for a change of towels.

23 hectares among 100-year-old olive trees, almond trees, citrus trees and vineyards, cultivated according to biodynamic farming methods.

VV Villadorata Country Restaurant is a stage on which the guest becomes the protagonist of a sensory experience that passes from sight to reconnect with the palate and sense of smell. Giving life and soul to this project was starred Chef Viviana Varese, together with Executive Chef Matteo Carnaghi and Pastry Chef Ida Brenna, so much so that today Villadorata Country House’s restaurant is part of the Michelin Guide. Every day, guests are taken on a culinary flight that combines respect for raw materials, sustainability, and enhancement of the land and its biodiversity, with a creative à la carte menu that exalts the flavors of the Val di Noto and Sicily.
