The ingredients, strictly seasonal, are mainly organic, biodynamic, from local farms and controlled livestock. Freshness, authenticity and tradition are the cornerstones on which Chalet Eden’s culinary philosophy is based. In the hotel’s wine cellar, wine-tasting evenings are held for Aosta Valley wines and the best Italian labels. |
